Patricia Dianne Haydon DC, DABCO, DABCC, FIACA is known for her extensive clinical experience. Her goal is to provide excellence in chiropractic healthcare, while delivering exceptional customer service in an educational environment.   • Clinical: Self-employed in private practice providing chiropractic and acupuncture services for a variety of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders to persons of all ages. 
  • Administrative: manage all aspects of daily business practice including accounts payable, electronic billing and coding, record keeping development of all forms, policies and procedures, management and training of clerical and professional staff, advertising and promotion.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine 'CAM' Committee of Kingman Regional Medical Center Foundation (KRMC Foundation), 2008-present
  • Founding Chairman: worked with the KRMC Foundation to organize mission statement, bylaws and standing rules for a new committee of this nonprofit charitable organization 
  • Chairman of the CAM BAM! Obstacle Challenge Race Fundraiser in 2O12, 2O13, and 2014 which raised funds to provide CAM services to people in Mohave County who could not otherwise afford treatment
State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners (AZBCE), 2003-2012
  • The chiropractic regulatory agency for the State of Arizona charged with protecting the health, welfare and safety of the public through the enforcement of the laws governing the practice of chiropractic. 
  • Appointed by Governor Janet Napolitano and reappointed by Governor Jan Brewer 
  • 2OO7-2O12 Chairman: Chaired monthly board meetings, conducted performance review of the Executive Director and monitored the function of the agency; Collaborated with the office of the Governor, the Legislature, the profession and stakeholders on Legislation that impacted the delivery and regulation of chiropractic healthcare. Served as delegate to the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards the national organization comprised of representatives from all 50 state regulatory boards. lntroduced and successfully passed legislation for the licensing and regulation of facilities that provide chiropractic healthcare but are not owned by licensed chiropractors.
  • 2004-2007 vice chairman Arizona Board of chiropractic Examiners: chaired meetings in the absence of the chairman, reviewed hundreds of patient records 
  • 2003 -2012 Professional member: utilized my knowledge and experience in the practice of chiropractic medicine when adjudicating hundreds of complaints.
